1. Immerse 8 oz rice noodles in very warm water for 15 minutes, drain and set aside.
2. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a wide skillet or wok over high heat. Add 2 cups julienned carrots, 1 cup bean sprouts and 1 cup shredded cabbage and stir fry until softened, 2-3 minutes.
3. Add sauce and noodles to pan. Continue stirring until noodles are softened and sauce begins to thicken.
4. Garish with toasted chopped peanuts, fresh cilantro and serve with a wedge of lime.Suggested Uses :
